Jordan Blundell

Jordan has 20+ years of experience at the College Baseball level. As a player, Jordan was named to the NAIA All-American Team(‘03), was selected to multiple All-Conference and All-Region Teams, played in the 2004 NAIA World Series and was inducted into the University of Jamestown Athletic Hall of Fame. Following his collegiate playing days Jordan played professionally with the Schaumburg Flyers of the Northern League.
In 2005, Jordan became the Head Baseball Coach at Vancouver Island University, spending 12 years leading the Mariners Baseball program, winning a CCBC Championship in 2009 and having 2 players selected in the MLB Draft. While at Vancouver Island University, Jordan started a youth development program Vancouver Island Baseball Institute(VIBI) and was instrumental in the creation of the Dover Bay High School Baseball Academy. Over 100 players received scholarship offers during Jordan’s tenure in Nanaimo with VIU and VIBI.
Along with his Evolution Baseball programming duties, Jordan serves as the AGM and Head Coach of the Edmonton Prospects Baseball Club of the Western Canadian Baseball League (WCBL).
Graeme Lehman

We are extremely excited to introduce Graeme Lehman as our Strength Training Director. Graeme has extensive experience in Strength and Conditioning training having worked with the Chicago Cubs, College of Central Florida, Inside Performance in North Vancouver and Industry leader Tread Athletics.
Graeme’s experience extends past baseball, having trained high level Volleyball, Basketball and Football players.

Mason was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta and has been involved in the Elite Edmonton baseball scene for over 15-years. His playing career was with the Edmonton Cardinals (SEEBA) where he primarily pitched, if he wasn’t pitching he was filling in anywhere except catching. In addition to several years of volunteering at all age levels, Mason has also been coaching with Evolution Baseball since it was established in 2020.

CJ Jayasekera
UTILITY COACH
Coach CJ is thrilled to bring his extensive experience and dynamic coaching style to the Evolution Baseball Academy team. With 25 years of coaching under his belt, he has dedicated his career to nurturing the next generation of baseball players and community leaders, helping them achieve their dreams.
Coach CJ's journey began at the University of Auckland, where he studied Psychology and Education. While coaching grassroots programs and national teams in New Zealand, he developed a deep curiosity for understanding movement, biomechanics, and optimal athlete performance.
His impressive resume includes roles such as:
- Director of Baseball/Softball at Vimy Ridge Academy High School (2019-present)
- National Team Head Coach roles with Baseball New Zealand (2000-2011)
- Technical Director of Baseball at South Jasper Place Minor Baseball (2011-present)
- Assistant Coach with the WMBL Edmonton Prospects Summer Collegiate Team (2014-2018)
- Coaching positions with Okotoks Dawgs Baseball (2008-2009).
- Provincial and club coaching roles with Baseball Alberta, Baseball Canada, Baseball New Zealand, Baseball Australia, and internationally with the Baseball Confederation of Oceania & Pacific.
- His expertise extends beyond coaching, as he is also a certified umpire, movement coach, mental skills coach, sports fields turf manager, and NCCP Learning Facilitator.
