Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Process:

• Participants may request a cancellation and refund of their registration fees for the baseball program.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Include the participant's name, program details, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Amount:

• Before the program starts, cancellation will be issued for the registration fees paid, minus a 3.5% processing fee.
• Cancellation, after the program has begun, will be issued at a prorated amount, minus a 3.5% processing fee
• No refunds will be issued after the program has reached 60% completion

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within two business days after the request is approved.
• Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Uniforms or any apparel items purchased for the player are non-refundable once production has begun.
